Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The rooms with a view to La Gran Via were fantastic, very clean, modern decorations, comfortable beds, A/C, great shower, and quiet atmosphere, all located conveniently close to Plaza España and within walking distance to the Metro station for easy access to Barajas airport. The service was top-notch, with very polite, helpful, and accommodating staff who even arranged a special birthday breakfast in our room. The location is superb, at the heart of Gran Via, making it perfect for exploring all that downtown Madrid has to offer. The dining experience, while plentiful, can become a bit repetitive with the same food offerings each day. Overall, a great value for the money and a highly recommended stay.

The rooms were wonderful with a view to La Gran Via, very clean, and had modern decorations. They were equipped with comfortable beds, A/C, great shower, hairdryer in room, TV, and provided a quiet atmosphere.

The service was super helpful, with staff being very polite, helpful, and accommodating. They even arranged a shuttle to the airport.

The location is fantastic, situated in the Main Street and offering great views. It's very central and close to many sights, restaurants, and shops on the west side of Madrid.
